Our 10-Year Workmanship Guarantee

What is covered?

Our 10-year guarantee covers our workmanship. If our grout fails, washes away, or if a leak returns due to our application process within 10 years, we will return and fix it free of charge.

• Grout adhesion and structural integrity
• Water-resistant properties of the newly applied grout
• Epoxy grout stain and mould resistance (where applicable)

What is not covered?

While our grout is built to last, some things are outside our control. The guarantee does not cover:

• Silicone joints: Silicone naturally degrades over time due to building movement and cleaning chemicals. Silicone seals are typically guaranteed for 12 months.
• Building movement: Structural shifts that crack the tiles or the substrate beneath the grout.
• Pre-existing plumbing issues: Leaks originating from pipes behind the wall or under the floor.
• Failed water-repellent membranes: If the membrane beneath the tiles has completely perished, regrouting will significantly reduce water ingress but cannot replace a failed membrane.
• Harsh chemical damage: Using acidic cleaners or bleach that eats away at cement-based grout.

How to claim

If you have any issues with our work, simply call us on 0449 994 519 and provide your original quote reference number (found on your Completion Report). We will arrange a time to inspect the issue. If it's a workmanship fault, we fix it. Simple as that.
